NU SKIN'S GLOBAL FORCE FOR GOOD DAY

Each year, Nu Skin employees and distributors around the world demonstrate their commitment to be a force for good through service-oriented Force for Good celebrations. Following are a few examples of the worthwhile projects that our global markets sponsored in June.

United States

More than 200 employees and their families celebrated Force for Good day by assembling and donating 7,500 school supply kits to local school districts through Kids Cause Foundation.  Employees also collected, sorted and donated winter clothing during Nu Skin’s 7^th Annual Force for Good Day.

Japan

Nu Skin Japan employees and approximately 50 distributors supported Second Harvest Japan, a local food charity, by preparing meals and distributing them at a nearby park to people in need. Each day, Nu Skin distributors and employees served around 1,000 meals.

In addition to their work with Second Harvest Japan, the Nu Skin Japan branches and offices in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka held a food drive for local orphanages and shelters.

Hungary

Nu Skin Hungary employees spent their Force for Good day volunteering at a physical therapy center where children and adults learn to overcome motor impairment. Nu Skin employees donated toys and Jungamals, played with the children, and rebuilt a playground. 

Australia

Australia celebrated its Force for Good day by volunteering at the Clarke Road Special Needs School, a facility that provides tailored programs for children suffering from severe mental and physical disabilities. The school’s children enjoyed a fun day filled with games and treats and played with colored hairspray and temporary tattoos.

Denmark

Nu Skin supported the Children’s Aid Foundation, an organization that provides fun activities for children in Denmark that have been removed from their parents, by inviting 20 girls to Nu Skin’s offices and giving each a facial, makeup, and tips for taking care of their skin.

Korea

Nu Skin Korea employees spent their Force for Good day volunteering at a rest home for elderly suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. Throughout the day, Nu Skin employees played games with the elderly, handed out more than $14,000 worth of Nu Skin and Pharmanex products, and gave each a soothing facial.

Germany

Nu Skin Germany employees organized a summer party in Frankfurt for children with cancer and their families. Throughout the day, the children and their families played games with Nu Skin employees and participated in a number of activities including face painting.

South Africa

Nu Skin South Africa employees visited five preschools in rural South Africa and donated VitaMeal, educational toys, hygiene products, clothing and blankets. Employees also spent time in each preschool playing games with the children and participating in educational programs.

Norway

Nu Skin Norway employees helped out at the Norwegian Red Cross Youth facility by fixing up the building and hosting a “girl’s night” where young women received advice on taking care of both their skin and body.

Belgium

Nu Skin employees volunteered at two child care facilities and prepared lunches for the children, played games with them, cleaned the buildings and helped build a play garden.

Canada

Nu Skin Canada held food drives at their Walk-In Centers and distributors made monetary and food donations at their local food banks.

New Caledonia

The New Caledonian executives, distributors, employees and their friends and families collected and donated toys to the local Red Cross Society.

Malaysia

Employees and distributors in Malaysia raised money for the Southeast Asia Children’s Heart Fund by painting and selling decorative tiles.
