"Every year, about 7,000-8,000 children are born with congenital heart disease. Without corrective surgery they will die prematurely or become permanently handicapped. The Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation is striving to give them a new lease on life."
The Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation was created in June 1997 in Thailand by Lady Suprapada Kasemsan and a group of surgeons from the Institute of Cardiovascular Disease at Rajvithi Hospital. With the help of donations from Nu Skin's Force for Good Foundation, PCSF has been able to help approximately 1,000 young children each year who would otherwise lose their chance at life.
